    Absolutely NOT. This is the worst WordPress PlugIn I have used. Support Non Existant. Reply to emails – Not At all. Functionality awful. This Gold Cart Plug In was a waste of time and Money. All these guys want is a sale and they are gone. Please be aware it is NOT a responsive shopping cart,

    One of the main issues is the lack of responsive on the shopping cart. Testing on the iphone the shopping cart does not adjust to screen size. I have a screen shot of issues we are trying unsuccessfully to fix on the shopping cart which I had thought would be easy to fix with the Gold plug in but cannot do. Is there any way to send this to you?

    Hey Bill I just searched our premium support topics. The only result I found is your initial purchase back in January. Are you sure you opened a topic?

    We are aware the store is not yet responsive. The plugin was designed before responsive existed. It is certainly on our list of to do’s.

    I am very disappointed with the product. The need to configure the cart by CSS which will require updating every time you so an update. Lack of Store or Checkout on the product page when purchasing. The worst aspect is that it is NOT responsive on phones and no one has suggested a date,

    Just not acceptable when 50% of my clients use a phone. I feel your web site should warn of this but of course it does not,

    I fully realise I am out of the time period for a refund bt would ask you to consider this as this has cost me so much already and will cost more to fix.

    Thanks for the response here. Sorry to hear that your expectations weren’t met. From my perspective, the strategy for responsive design on a given website is the responsibility of the theme, not the responsibility of any number of given plugins implemented on that website.

    As such, I don’t ever actually see Gold Cart making any opinionated decisions regarding responsive web design. Again, very sorry that your expectations were not in alignment with the reality of the plugin. I did check to confirm that Gold Cart does not state anything about being responsive, and it does not, as it should not.

    Again, sorry to hear that your expectations weren’t met – but my best suggestion at this point would be to work with your theme developer to extend your responsive stylings to Gold Cart and any other plugins that need to be made responsive.

    Also, a quick note – it should be incredibly easy, through any number of methods, to implement CSS that affects the Gold Cart that would not be overridden with Gold Cart upgrades.
