wp e-commerce clean uninstall then fresh install

I want to clean uninstall then fresh install a copy of wp e-commerce.
I tried to delete from the folder, delete from the plug-in and everytime I reinstall, the same products are still there. The reason I need this is because I accidently deleted some check out form fields and now I can’t get to shipping to same address button to appear. Any help? Thanks
