wp e commerce – how to see orders?

  • I installed the wp ecommerce plugin and I am trying to setup the shop.
    How can I see existing orders from the admin page?
    Also, where are these store din the database including product IDs etc.?

  • You will see Store Upgrades and Store Sales under the Dashboard, it also adds a panel on that page to show a Sales Summary. If that’s not there then the plugin isn’t running.

    Then if you look at the database you’ll see a load of new tables labelled as wp_wpsc. Sales are stored in wp_wpsc_purchase_logs, and wp_wpsc_submited_form_data – IF you have sales.

    Best bet is probably to post support requests for WPEC on GetShopped forums, though many posts are unanswered. Hope that helps.

    Do you know which pages for wpecommerce that I can edit so that when an order is returned successfully from paypal it:
    1) emails me a confirm message
    2) adds some data to a separate database.
