WP E-Commerce Tax Bug

  • i’m working on a wordpress e-commerce website.

    there is 0% tax for all states EXCEPT for north carolina, which is set to 6.5%.

    i go to the tax settings/GST/Tax Rate page in admin panel. all states EXCEPT north carolina are set for 0%. NC is set to 6.5%.

    in firefox, in linux, this works fine. i go to the checkout and if i say i’m in north carolina, it changes the tax rate to 6.5% immediately.

    under any browser in windows, it stays 0%.

    anyone got any ideas or have the same problem?
