    Effectively useless plugin. Downloaded the free version to test with.. it doesn’t display in any fashion except a scrolling list of your inventory.. Oh yeah.. free is not really free.. you need to buy the “Gold Cart” plugin to add to this plugin to make it work.. and actually display in a grid.. swell.. got that working.. had a technical question.. submitted it to support.. “someone will contact you soon”.. is soon really over a week? Still no answer.. Attempted to configure UPS (yes i watched the video).. have a valid account, username and password.. easy right.. no dice.. it never gets shipping data back from UPS.. The plugin takes 30 seconds to “Add to cart”.. I only have 4 items setup in my test environment.. what gives?.. yaay.. item finally in the cart.. click on checkout.. wait.. wait.. wait.. right at a minute.. it finally loads the cart.. no UPS cost.. because the “gold cart” plugin doesn’t work..

    Did i mention this is a brand new server.. with this site on it.. all other plugins are disabled.. security is wide open for testing.. no caching or anything else turned on to make sure there is no interference with this plugin..

    A week of frustration and irritation.. do yourself a favor and get ANYTHING else for your ecommerce site.

    Second support ticket issued for UPS problem.. i don’t expect an answer.. will be charging back my credit card 48 hours from now unless i get a pleasant surprise.. but the track record for pleasant and this plugin is pretty poor…

    Still considering paying money for this? what is your time worth.. good luck.

    Sorry to hear you’re having trouble.

    First can you reply with your support topic # it should be in the reply your received. I’d like to try to identify your topic. Premium support response time ranges from 6 – 10 hours but can at times take 24 hours for a reply though that is rare.

    You certainly do not *need* to buy Gold Cart to run your store. I have personally installed many stores that never needed Gold Cart at all.

    Grid View is a specific layout style that not everyone needs. If you want to display products in a grid or any other view for that matter your can create any presentation template you like. We make the display fully customizable. For those that don’t know how to code Grid View is provided as an optional add on.

    I see one UPS topic in our support tickets I assume may be yours that was submitted 2 hours ago. If you can please provide your support topic IDs so I can be sure we have the 2 topics you mention.

    There are too many variables to know specifically without reviewing your site why it would load slowly and not receive rates from UPS. We’ll be happy to look into this for you. Issues like this can be anything from server config, firewall problems and js conflicts. Just that it’s a new server doesn’t always mean it’s not the server.

    Do you have a theme enabled? There could potentially even be js conflict with a porrly made theme.
