    Hello anyone that can help,

    When customers make a purchase from my wp-ecommerce site the order status remains “pending” although the transaction is complete. A a result customers receive an email stating the the transaction is pending and an additional email will be sent when the “payment clears”. In addition, when a purchase is made the status of the order on the “Sales” page is “order received” when it should be “accepted payment”. How can this be fixed?

    Running:
    WP-Ecommerce v.: 3.2.1
    Gold Cart v: 2.92
    Gateway: Authorize.net 2.0

    I am having the same exact problem…I thought it was fixed after I switched from using the OS Safari and Opera…because Explorer started working right…then all the sudden my customers could not download the goods because it said the order is pending…please help…this is an emergency…James

    I am also having this problem ?? It’s confusing to the customers because even though their payment is going through, they think that it has not.

    we are having the same issue. The email is being sent out to the customer saying “Order Pending: Payment Required” even though funds went into Auth.net and are being settled properly.
