• I am right now building a basic shopping cart website for a client. It is a printing business. The customer needs to be able to upload two separate files when ordering a product. This means I need to browse and upload areas for the customers. Anyone know how to do this??

Right now I am editing it in the single-product.php in wpsc page and it is not working. Thank you- whoever figures this out is a genius!!

Please let me know if you need to see any code- here is the web address

  • I’m not sure that WP e-Commerce has this feature. But I know for a fact that ShopperPress does. It’s not multiple files, only one. But your client can tell his visitors to zip their files and upload the single zip.

Thanks for your reply. WP E-Commerce is like shopperpress in that I have already an upload area. I just need to have two separate upload areas for customers on the product pages. I have already built the whole site using ecommerce and I don’t really want to change carts, now that its built.

It is not an integrated solution with WP but you might want to checkout https://www.Simple2ftp.com
It allows you to upload very large files, keeps them safe from prying eyes and more.
