WP Editor Preset Text

    On WP Job Manager website, they have a snipet (I put it in the link section) how to customize editor toolbar. I have 2 questions:
    1. A button to upload pdf, image file
    2. In the editor text area to have a preset text phrases I want visitor can see (and edit if they want)
