WP-Email And WP-Print For WP 2.0

GamerZ — have you decided whether to go with blacklistable domains or image verification? Would love to add this to my site when you have it available.

GamerZ — I’ve discovered a problem with the WP-email.

On my blog, posts from previous dates (on page 2, 3, etc.) are being coded wrong for wp-email.

Here’s the code I’m using, at UNSG.org:

< a href="wordpress/wp-email.php?p=<?=the_ID()? > " > @Forward » < /a >

And here’s the result:

On the main page, the link is:

https://www.unsg.org/wordpress/wp-email.php?p=83

On other pages, however, the link is:

https://www.unsg.org/wordpress/page/2/wordpress/wp-email.php?p=73

See the extra “/wordpress” in there after “page/2/”? It results in a “Not Found” error message.

Can you help me get the code right to prevent this?

hi, image verification is already done, doing some final testing before I release it =)

I think the linking problem can be solved with the later version of wp-email, what verion are u using?

I’m not sure… from several months ago. Can you give me the link the latest version?

Okay, I updated to 2.04a, but now the link gives me a Error 404 page rather than a form. What do I need to fix to make it work?

okay, updated the .htaccess and it seems to work now, but I’d like to customize the form. I can’t figure out what file to open (in Dreamweaver) to do so.

it can print both.

Mmm, just downloaded the wp-print plugin for 2.0 and it seems to be partially working. I updated the perm structure, when after i upgraded to Version 2.0 of WP…then had uploaded the new wp-print files and activated it… tried it and got a 404.

I then had uploaded the original .htaccess file I had before when I had it working, then the print page came up, but says:
No posts matched your criteria.

So maybe I’m just doing something a tad bit wrong, or need to modify something else again.. help please lol.. =) Almost there again, just yet so far away lmao! =)

I have a different problem now… the print icon doesn’t show up. It’s set in index.php as print_link_image, but it doesn’t show it. Is it a file permission issue? the image is right there in the plugin folder…
