WP Encrypt Pro plugin insallation fail

    I followed all the instructions. Downloaded latest version. Uploaded “wp-letsencrypt-ssl-pro-latest.zip” but after a minute it says “Could not create directory. /home/moment65/public_html/momentnyc.org/blog/wp-content/plugins/wp-letsencrypt-ssl-pro/

    Plugin installation failed.”

    I can see the plugin in the directory. It is missing a few of the files, but most are there. In any case the plugin Pro version I purchased is not active. I can still see the free version in my WordPress dashboard.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
