WP Error page from UDP link to Authorize Dropbox Access

I set up Updraft Plus to back up to my Dropbox account, and backups were happening for several months with no problems until recently, and now UDP tells me that I have to follow the above link to again authorize access to my Dropbox account in order to resume the backups.
When I follow the link, I’m taken to a WP error page that says, “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” But there is no email sent to me about this, and so I have no idea what is going on. As far as I know, I made no changes to my website or Dropbox account to precipitate this. How do I resolve this?
