WP Event Manager breaks ACF timepicker

    I am using the avada theme and woocommerce. I use the ACF (advancedcustomfields.com) “timepicker” in woocommerce products.
    yesterday I installed the free plugin WP EVENT MANAGER from wp-eventmanager.com.
    Since then the datepicker is broken.
    All plugins and WP have the latest versions.
    Deactivating wp event manager restores the timepicker
