wp event ticketing packages do not display

My wp event ticketing plugin is not displaying the package options on the front page of my site. It was working but on the 13th of february it seems to have stopped. All package options disappeared from the front page of the website leaving only the coupon option. The dates are correct on the package and none of them run out till after May 2016. The event is activated. The paypal connection is working. The issue seems to be simply that what i have in the back end of my wpeventticketing is not showing up on the front end of my site. Any ideas help welcome.
