WP External Links Exceptions Issue

It doesn’t look like https://52perfectdays.com/articles/most-beautiful-east-coast-beaches/ has been excluded. Did you exclude page ID 36777?

Also, please note that WP External Links will not remove attributes. It will just add them. So if the “noreferrer” attribute is already added in the HTML you will need to remove it from the HTML.

I added page ID 36777 in the tab for exceptions on this line: Skip pages or posts (id’s):

I just tried to remove the “noreferrer” from the HTML and when I refresh it’s back again.

Can you give me an example of a link that doesn’t have “noreferrer” in HTML so I can look at the code?

WordPress automatically adds noreferrer to the HTML when you save your content.
This plugin will do the trick for you:
