WP Family Tree plugin error

  • Hi,
    I am using the WP Family Tree graphical family tree generator plugin for WordPress.

    Version 1.1.0 | By Avinash Deedwaniya

    This is a clean install of WP with the 2014 theme.
    WHen I go to to add a family member, I receive the below error:
    Any advice on resolving?
