Fandom Entertainment is pleased to announce the first official release of WP Fanfiction and Writing Archive.

For the past 2 years, we have been developing a WordPress plugin that creates online writing communities within WordPress. In addition to development, we have converted a site of over 40,000 stories and 30,000 unique visitors a month to WordPress and the WP Fanfiction and Writing Archive plugins. We developed it for our own use on fanfiction and education sites.

WP Fanfiction and Writing Archive Basic turns WordPress sites into online writing communities for fanfiction, longread, education, creative writing, magazines, and more. Writers can create single stories or books with chapters to share with readers. WP FFWA Basic provides powerful search and terrific tools for both writers and readers.

We also have a Premium version of the plugin. WP Fanfiction and Writing Archive Premium provides the ability to rename labels so the plugin can be used for any writing application such as fiction, non-fiction, poetry, journalism, and more. Included are front-end posting, search, browsing, and useful widgets. The Premium version is designed for larger communities of writers. Two additional plugins can be added to either the Basic or Premium plugins. WP Fanfiction and Writing Archive Favorites allows readers to follow favorite stories or writers and opt in or out of email notification of updates. WP Fanfiction and Writing Archive Author Profile gives authors a profile page linked to from every story they post. Readers are able to private message authors from their profile page.
