WP-File Base – Mobile download error

  • I have installed the WP-filebase plugin on my clients site, here is a url to a download on his site:

    It works fine on desktop pc’s and laptops and you can easily download PDF files without errors, but throws a internal error when a download is attempted on a mobile device, iPhone etc….
    Anyone have a insight on this? I really need to get this error resolved.

  • Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    Make sure Apache uses the default ErrorDocument. It seems that you have setup a page in htaccess or the virtual host settings that does not exists.
