WP-Filebase File Browser will not expand

  • I’ve created a page to list all the files on our blog/website. Originally I placed the shortcode generated by the WP-Filebase MCE icon in the page and when displayed if you clicked on one of the displayed categories the subcategories/files would then display.

    Suddenly about a week ago this quit working. We did not update or change anything. Now when you go to the page you see the listing of the top level categories. When you click on a category you see a spinning arrow but the list of subcategories or files never shows up.

    I have tried with the shortcode in the page and eliminating the shortcode but using the file browser ID.

    In either case the result is always the same.

    Further, I did no realize that the same problem occurs where ever we have the file browser trying to display categories. The top category selected displayed but sub categories or files will not.
