WP for content management or have a html skin?

  • I am in a dilemma of choosing between WP as content management and WP behind an html skin….So far I have created a webpage
    https://www.home-bin.com and all links to point to my WP page.
    The thing is I have limited time and resources to customize and create new content, so perhaps I should just use WP as index.html…
    Any ideas from the pros?
    My problem is that I am not an WP expert and cannot tinker with WP too much, albeit I love it….
