WP Form shows error only on mobile

Thanks for letting us know that the issue was with caching!

To prevent issues between WPForms and WP Rocket, I recommend following our guide with suggestions about the WP Rocket settings here.

And looking on https://jaggedlinesmagazine.com/submissions/submission-form-parents/, it seems that you are using the paid version of WPForms.

In case you have a new issue and if you have an active license subscription with us, please submit a support ticket through the WPForms account dashboard. From there, our support team will be able to take a closer look at your request.

thank you so much for getting back to me. After deactivating some features on WP Rocket, cleared cache several times, it looks like the forms are working on both the desktop and mobile. Thanks for letting me know where I can look for support. I was not aware of it:)
