Hi. When viewed on a small screen, mobile, WP forms has large gaps between some fields. After date, later on after expired date and further on. I cant see any options in WP forms back end to just edit mobile and it looks fine on larger screens. Has anyone else had this issue as I cant see what the difference is between some fields that have this large space and others that dont?

    any help is greatly appreciated.
    thanks
    Lee

  • Hey @leeoco39756 – We’d be happy to help!

It seems that you are using the paid version of WPForms as I see you’re using the Multipage forms. If you have an active license subscription with us, could you please submit a support ticket through the WPForms account dashboard when you have a chance?

From there, our support team will be able to take a closer look at your request.

    Thanks!

Hi thank you for your response. When I click through the link it is asking for a log in which I do not have. I am looking into this for a client of mine and as I wasn’t the one to purchase this I do not have any log ins. There is a license key in the WP forms back end so it has been purchased.
Basically this form should not have these large gaps when viewed on mobile and I cannot figure out why they are there. there are minimal options for mobile in the back end so I cannot amend these gaps. Quite disappointing really.

Hey @leeoco39756 – Thanks for following on this ticket!

The issue can be fixed with a CSS code since there seems to be some theme conflict going on, but since www.ads-software.com guidelines do not allow us to provide support for paid versions of WPForms, you’ll need to contact us on our website. Or, you can also request the client to create a support ticket on your behalf and we’ll be happy to take a closer look.

    Kindly,

    Hi

Thank you for your response. Yes I have emailed the client to ask. I can see the license key is filled in so either the client purchased it or it came with a purchased version of Astra. Unfortunately I cant access the site without a log in, which I dont seem to be able to get.

my email is [removed by moderator — please do not ask for off-forum contact] if it is a simple code fix?

    thanks

    Hi

thanks for the advise but the log ins aren’t working. It is a paid version but as it has the verified key but keeps asking for a log in when I click on support going through to WP forms. The password has been reset but now says it cant identify either the password or the log in, after i did the captcha checks. This doesnt make sense and is very frustrating, as this space issue on the form should not be a problem. the back end has no options to edit how it appears on mobile.

I am not impressed with this form or the log in issues with their site.

    thanks
