WP "front page" blog display

I am helping a friend with their new self hosted WP site https://www.nvinspired.com.au. I understand that WP automatically shows blogs on the “front page” which is exactly what they want. My question is how to get back to that “front page” after a visit to one of the other pages on the site without pressing the back key. Any help would be appreciated.
