    WP-Fullcalendar and Events Mangager not working after updates…….

    Ok… and yes did all the deactivate… used WP Theme 2015 and 2017…
    everything but a clean install.

    I have and do use official Theme 2014.. but that’s not the problem.

    EM latestest version and WP-Fullcalendar latest version.

    Actually been wrestling with this issue for nearly a year now.
    I don’t exactly use the WP-Fullcalender plugin… but trying to figure out the problem.
    Using the short code… [events_calendar full=1 long_events=1]
    I have the calendar… but the WP-Fullcalendar is so much prettier.

    I have read many posts here with the same problem… with the updates.

    Reverting to EM 5.6 (last January) and WP-Fullcalendar V .9
    I get it all to work… tested many versions “newer”… broken.

    It doesn’t seem to be a problem with the actual WordPress version.. but EM and WP-Fullcalendar…
    as mentioned been a problem since newer EM 5.6 versions.

    I love you guys ! and thanks a bunch for the plugin…
    But I have observed others with the same problem… and I imagine others will have a problem
    when they try to update.

    I’d be happy to supply a link.

    But what I have been doing is testing on my local machine with WAMP..

    Stripping out any javascript like Google ads etc etc… and dropping in Themes like 2015 and 2017 and deactivating all other plugins etc etc as mentioned.

    What is interesting… WP Fullcalendar is supposed to also show Posts…
    But it doesn’t unless, I deactivate Events Manager.
    Tried various options in the short code [fullcalendar type=”post”] ect.. but still doesn’t show a “Post” unless I deactivate Events Manager.

    Using Firefox inspector… it doesn’t show any jquery conflicts or javascript errors.
    Even on my live site.

    You guys are a lot smarter about all this than I am…

    But in my “mind” what it seems is happening… is that Events Manager is not being recognized as a custom post type.. and then conflicts with standard posts.

    What is also interesting… is that the WP Fullcalendar will show all my categories in the “drop” down box.. and also the tags.
    This is as mentioned with EM past approx 5.6 and WP Fullcalendar .9

    On my live site I am running 5.6.5 EM…
    as mentioned the Fullcalendar doesn’t work.. no events shown..
    but categories show.. ONLY with WP-Fullcalendar .9

    So.. here is the link to my live site…

    As mentioned.. on my local developement machine I’ve stripped out all the Google ads and any other cache stuff, plugins.. themes etc etc etc.. same result.

    Your link is giving me, “Unfortunately we are unable to process your request at this time.”.

    Can you clarify what you’re trying to do and what you mean by this:

    WP Fullcalendar is supposed to also show Posts…

    WP FullCalendar isn’t supposed to show posts, it’s designed to show events managed by Events Manager. Are you trying to make it do something else?

    That was just when I was trying to figure out was wrong.
    WP-Fullcalendar -> Settings
    has the option to use Posts.. so I tried it.
    And as noted the shortcode with “type”… also for “event..
    [fullcalendar type=”event”]

    No I am not using calendar for Posts.
