    WP Fullcalendar no events, and EM versions -> fix for updates…

    my apolgies for starting a new thread… but it might me easier to find for people if they have the same problem.
    After much testing…

    I found after EM version 5.6.3 changes to em-wpfc.php file.

    Droping in the em-wpfc.php file from 5.6.3
    to EM Updates after 5.6.3 resolved the conflict or whatever it was with WP Fullcalendar not showing events.
    as previous mentioned in my previous thread a week or so ago.

    I compared the files of em-wpfc.php file from 5.6.3 and 5.6.4 and found the differences.
    But not smart enough, or have the time to exactly analzse what the problem is.

    Looking at EM change log there are notations for EM 5.6.4 and WP Fullcalendar.

    -->fixed WP FullCalendar (versions using FC 2.x library) not showing events outside current month
    Not sure what that means but I do have my future events showing. IE next month etc…

    -->fixed long events not showing on last day in WP FullCalendar
    If this means an event that is Monday, Tues, Weds….. to say Saturday at 8PM every night…
    I am not having the problem… IE: the event shows on Saturday correctly and all the other days.

    Well I hope that helps someone.. at least I what the problem is…
    although not the exact problematic coding.

    also note: WP Fullcalendar tested with versions .9 to the latest 1.2 OK.

    Thanks for looking into this issue in the other thread.

    The “issue” was no events showing in the WP-Fullcalendar [fullcalendar] after 5.6.4…
    original [events_calendar full=1 long_events=1] no problem

    My original posts tells about deactivating plugns and themes etc etc…

    So comparing EM 5.6.3 and 5.6.4+

    The actual “fix” or lines of code that was causing my problem…
    em-wpfc.php Versions EM 5.6.4+
    ie: 5.6.4 and up
    approx Lines 138 to 145

    $scope_start = strtotime(substr($_REQUEST['start'],0,10));
$scope_end = strtotime(substr($_REQUEST['end'],0,10));
$scope_middle = $scope_start + ($scope_end - $scope_start)/2;
$month = date('n', $scope_middle);
$year = date('Y', $scope_middle);
$args = array ('month'=>$month, 'year'=>$year, 'owner'=>false, 'status'=>1, 'orderby'=>'event_start_time, event_name'); //since wpfc handles date sorting we only care about time and name ordering here

    Were replaced with EM V 5.6.3 File em-wpfc.php
    approx Lines of code…. 138-141

    $scope = $_REQUEST['start'] .','. $_REQUEST['end']; 
$args = array ('scope'=>$scope, 'owner'=>false, 'status'=>1, 'orderby'=>'event_start_time, event_name'); //since wpfc handles date sorting we only care about time and name ordering here

    No other changes to 5.6.4+ em-wpfc.php were made..
    ie: the new lines approx 204-214 remain in tact.

    Thanks for your time… nobody else seems to be having a problem..
    or maybe they are still running 5.6.3
