If I reset WP Fusion, everything works fine; however, once I have it setup and connected to ActiveCampaign, if I go to a page to edit, the blocks don’t display properly and an error message on the block is “Your site doesn’t include support for the “uagb/section” block. You can leave this block intact, convert its content to a Custom HTML block, or remove it entirely.”. If I create a new page, everything works fine.

In General Settings, I have the following enabled:

    • When a user profile is modified, update their contact record in ActiveCampaign to match.
    • Load the user’s latest tags from ActiveCampaign on login.
    • Load the user’s latest meta data from ActiveCampaign on login.
    • Enable ActiveCampaign site tracking.
    • Users with Administrator accounts will be able to view all content, regardless of restrictions.
    • If a user has been redirected away from a restricted page, take them back to that page after logging in.

Under the Advanced tab, I have the following enabled:

    • Enqueue the scripts to handle link click tracking. See this tutorial for more info.
    • Combine redundant API calls to improve performance.
    • If a user already has a tag cached in WordPress, don’t send an API call to re-apply the same tag.
    • Access detailed activity logs for WP Fusion.
    • Show a notification badge on the Tools menu in the admin when there are unseen log errors.
    • Enable the “Preview With Tag” functionality on the admin bar.
    • Enable the menu item visibility controls in the WordPress menu editor.

When I go to logs, there are only “info” logs and it all looks good.

I really, really want to use WP Fusion and planned on upgrading; however, it’s breaking my site and my only options right now seem to be disabling the plugin or recreate the pages (and hope the bug doesn’t happen again).

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I’d be willing to provide Admin login, but only via email or your website’s form (I tried there, but it required a key).

    Thanks,
    AJ

    Hey @ajtatum ,

uagb/section looks like an Ultimate Addons for Gutenberg block. Can you check with them to see if they know what would cause that message?

We don’t really have any control over *other* blocks in the block editor… WPF Lite does include a block, but as far as I’m aware it doesn’t do anything until you add it to a page. It shouldn’t be able to affect Ultimate Addons blocks.

But it *is* possible that UAGB has a WP Fusion integration that we’re not aware of which is getting enabled by turning the plugin on, and then causes their own blocks not to render.

Keep us posted on what you find out.

@ajtatum Ahh! Ok, great. Yes that is a known issue with PHP 8+. It was fixed in the pro version in December and will be released in the next Lite update… which should be later this month ??

In the meantime either downgrading below PHP 8 will fix it, or upgrading to the full WP Fusion ?

    Alrighty, thanks!

Hi, just wanted to check in to see if it was still on schedule. I deactivated the plugin as downgrading wasn’t the best option for me, since PHP 8+ is significantly more performant than 7.4. So, I haven’t really given the plugin much attention since it broke my site, and want to make sure that it works well before purchasing the full version. I know you said it’s fixed in the premium version, but I want to test it first.

    Thanks,
    AJ
