WP icom next to uploaded plugin

Hi,
I just developed a plugin and when I search for it on the WP plugin site it gets listed OK. However, there is an default icon to the left of the plugin with our name under it.
1. how do I customise this icon to show the icon that belongs to the plugin, and,
2. how can we make our name under the icon link.

If you search for freight you can see what I mean.

The difference between Woo Aus EZi Freight (me) and Transiz Routes – Transport and Freight (they have a logo an author link).

Searched everywhere for this.

Any help would be appreciated…
