Wp in subdirectory how do I get WP pages on sitemap?

  • I installed WP in a sub directory, called blog, of my html site. When I run my sitemap program it gets all the HTML pages but none of the wordpress pages. How do I get those wordpress pages on the sitemap so that I can upload it into Google webmaster tools?
