Wp-Insert trouble? site unreadable on mobile, hacked by ads

Hi all,

It’s been couple of weeks that readers from the U.S. are complaining that they can’t read from their phones or tablets because ads keep popping. ads that I have no control over. I’ve read that it could be a plugin issue, possibly wp-insert related, but it also seems to be territorial.

Is there a way to deactivate ads when readers access the site through mobile or tablets? Or any ways to understand why articles get blocked by popping ads?

any help will be greatly welcomed!
