WP Instagram Widget not working with the username

    Hello,
    I am using the Instagram Widget with the Theme Ashe Pro by Royal Flush and it only works with the option of connecting with a hashtag and not the username. So, when using the hashtag option, even pictures that were not tagged by me will be showing at my page, which I do not want.

    Can you please help me of fixing this issue?

    Can you check that your Instagram account is publically accessible? This plugin does not support private accounts.

    Ok. Can you share your username and perhaps some more information about what you are seeing. Are there any errors? Can you use someone elses username and see if that works? Are any pictures showing at all?

    Hi,
    it seems that is working fine for now. I tried changing it so that I can take some screenshots but I guess it has been fixed. I will contact you if it appears again.

    I am trying to attach a screenshot, but I cannot see any field where I do that.
    But I can see “No images found. Try some other hashtag or username”.

    ‘No images found. Try some other hashtag or username’ is not an error from my plugin so that seems a little strange.
