However this doesn’t necessarily answer my question. I do understand about the “replace tag” setting, although it does not work on my site. All I was really looking for is the file that the wp-invoice-history function is written so i can modify it for my own taste. Because as it stands, not only is it not grammatically correct (the way they are displayed that is) I’d like to make it look different.

Are you able to provide any insight into this?

Here is an example. This is what my page outputs currently with your advice:

YOUR TITLE

Invoice
August – September (active)
Invoice Jun/14 – Aug/14 (paid)
Invoice – Dec/13 – Mar/14 (paid)

I want to edit the actual function to remove the Invoice word from it. So maybe I can do something like this:

UNPAID INVOICES

August – September

PAID INVOICES

Jun/14 – Aug/14
Dec/13 – Mar/14

Sorry if I wasn’t giving the appropriate information before..

We do not have appropriate option in order to change invoice links like you want. And we do not advise to customize our code directly.

Can you explain what doesn’t work on your site. I meant, don’t you see invoices?

I know there is no option, and I know you do not advise. But if you can just tell me where the code is in the plugin then I will make my own mistakes and not bother anyone else ?? This article does not help me, I’ve done all of this before. I tried for days to get this to work before I asked for help. [wp-invoice] shortcode does not work with my site. I am certain that if I disable my entire site, it will work, but this doesn’t help me with the problem I am having. Having it work on my site, not the original wordpress site with no plugins enabled. [wp-invoice-history] works fine, but it doesn’t display as I would like it to. And the code isn’t narrated in a way where I can easily find out where to edit how this shortcode can display. If you cannot help me, maybe someone else who is reading this can. Anyone?
