WP-Invoice Settings Page is Completely Blank

The WP-Invoice settings page is completely blank. There are other threads with this issue that are marked “Resolved,” but do not have official fixes for the problem.
I really want to purchase premium features, but with so many issues with the free version, I can’t justify spending the money.
I am using WP-Invoice Version 3.08.1 and WordPress version 3.5.1
