WP is asking me to save post.php!

Lately, whenever I edit an existing post, WP takes a long time to act. And when it does, it’ll do one of two things: it’ll refresh onto a blank page, or it’ll ask me if I want to save “post.php” to disk. Only once in a blue moon will it actually work correctly.

I thought it might be the trackbacks, I know that slows down posts but despite my posts not having any at all I turned it off anyways in the options page, but the problem remains.
