WP Job Manager and Gravity Forms

I am running gravity forms to capture information from Job Applicants.
Jobs are listed using WP-Job Manager
You can see that at
https://jobs-dev.digitalinfuzion.com/Once an applicant clicks on a job and presses the Apply Now button, they are taken to the page that is running on Gravity forms and they need to enter their information.
https://jobs-dev.digitalinfuzion.com/ressubmit/Currently, the job applying for box needed to be selected manually from a drop down selection. I would like to find out – can this box be pre populated, based on the job that is selected by the applicant.
For example – if a candidate views the job description for the business analyst and clicks on apply now. I would like to Gravity form to directly pick up the job title of Business Analyst and not the drop down box.
Any reply in this matter will be of great help to me.
