    You probably can’t make that search use Relevanssi, at least not without modifying the plugin considerably.

    However, if I got it right and the job listings are WordPress posts, you can have Relevanssi search them by using the post_type parameter to target the job posts. You’ll lose the filterable AJAX search then, though.
