WP Job Manager “Applications” Add-On – How To Edit Custom Fields?

    I purchased the WP Job Manager “Applications” add-on and am wondering how to edit the options to select in the custom fields?

    For example, I would like to create an field with options to ask people’s gender identity and race/ethnicity. Is there a separate add-on to be able to edit these fields and have them show up in the “Validation / Rules” section?

    Screenshots attached show the options I currently have.
