WP Job Manager Employer Sign Up

I have loaded WP Job Manager but I do not like how the employer needs a WordPress log in to get into the back end of the site it is very confusing especially if they have never seen the backend of WordPress, is there another plugin that works with this so they can have a cleaner view of the jobs they have posted and edit them instead of going through WordPress view? or am I doing something wrong? When I set up a test employer it sent my test email and email to create a password and i did and it logged me into the backend of WordPress, not my full site but it would be confusing for someone who has never seen WordPress.
