WP Job Manager Feature Image Option

Hi,

I have a front end form on my site so that users can contribute their ‘listing’to the site so I won’t have to make one for them. Unfortunately the form I’m using (Job manager plugin) doesn’t have a ‘feature image’ option. I don’t want to have to put one in manually for every listing so is there a way to add this feature to the front-end form?
