Wp job manager oderby issue

Hi developers

consider:
1.an employer posted a featured job- say fjob1
2.again he posted another featured job- say fjob2

3.new employer posted a normal job- say njob1
4.again he posted a normal job- say njob2

These all are getting confused so just read its name (say…) and see their description..

Now i want these jobs to be showed like this on [jobs]

Fjob1
Fjob2
Njob1
Njob2

Default is like this:
Fjob2
Fjob1
Njob2
Njob1

I tried many formats of orderby and order but ot doesnt work like i meant
Here is one example :
[jobs orderby=”featured && date” order=”ace”]
But its output was like this -_- :
Fjob2
Njob2
Fjob1
Njob2
