WP Job Manager Search

If I look at your listings page here:

https://www.derightevents.com/listings/

… it seems like you don’t have any public listings at all, so naturally a search won’t return anything no matter what you try.

Have you somehow hidden all your listings, or something else?

There are three public listings and there seems to be no problem with them all. Only kmosh appears when searched for.

Do you have some other plugins that might be restricting the visibility of your posts maybe?
