    I want to capture these details in one table and download that table in csv format when neeeded or I want to download the applicants table when they submit the form.

    Hi,
    You can use other plugins to export this data. For example, you can use this popular plugin for your need: WP All Export. You can select post type as Job Openings to export Job related data, select Applications to export Applicant related data.
