    Hello,
I had our HR person let me know they were having issues logging in to work on job postings.

I did all the normal checks and found that there is a plugin conflict. I disabled all plugins, working without issue. Enabled all plugins except Tutor LMS and still no issue. Activate Tutor LMS, issue, deactivate, no issue.

When logging in with Tutor LMS activated the user simply get an “Access Denied” return from the site.

We use Members plugin and have a specific HR role for access to the WP Job Openings menu.

This has worked fine for the last two years so it must have been an update within the last month since it had been that long since our HR had logged in last.

I have deactivated the Tutor LMS plugin for now. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

    Hi,

Please note that this is not an issue with our plugin. This happens when this option(Hide Admin Bar and Restrict Access to WP Admin for Instructors) is enabled in the Tutor LMS plugin’s advanced settings.

Please refer to the screenshot below.

    Thanks for the reply.

Since we did not change that setting I would have to assume Tutor LMS made some change in their code that all of sudden interferes with WP Job Openings.

Do you know what time frame the feature you indicated started interfering with WP Job Openings?

I have cross posted this thread to the Tutor LMS support forumn.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

We couldn’t replicate the issue with the default setup of Tutor LMS. We could only replicate with the setting ‘Hide Admin Bar and Restrict Access to WP Admin for Instructors’. Also, by looking at their code, they have disabled access to the admin area for all roles except administrators, even if the option is just specifying Instructors. So please contact Tutor LMS support to resolve this issue.
