    Hi

    My hosting company is having issues with

    158 /wp-json/wc/v3/coupons?per_page=100&page=9
    158 /wp-json/wc/v3/coupons?per_page=100&page=8
    158 /wp-json/wc/v3/coupons?per_page=100&page=7
    158 /wp-json/wc/v3/coupons?per_page=100&page=6
    158 /wp-json/wc/v3/coupons?per_page=100&page=5
    158 /wp-json/wc/v3/coupons?per_page=100&page=4
    158 /wp-json/wc/v3/coupons?per_page=100&page=3
    158 /wp-json/wc/v3/coupons?per_page=100&page=28
    158 /wp-json/wc/v3/coupons?per_page=100&page=27
    158 /wp-json/wc/v3/coupons?per_page=100&page=26
    158 /wp-json/wc/v3/coupons?per_page=100&page=25
    158 /wp-json/wc/v3/coupons?per_page=100&page=24
    158 /wp-json/wc/v3/coupons?per_page=100&page=23

    etc ?is the top most requests URL end point from the site.? (2.5K per day) and it is coming from user agent CTCT DP User Agent 0.1, CTCT DP User Agent 0.1?which appears to be coming from the?constant-contact-woocommerce | 2.2.2?plugin.

    This is having a negative impact on my server – Reducing the amount of requests this plugin makes should go a long way in reducing the impact the website has on the server resources.?

    But, there are no settings with this plugin, so I am not sure what do do about reducing the number of calls to that url?

    We’re sorry that the API requests are causing performance issues. We can halt the requests while we investigate further what may be going on. If you could provide your Constant Contact Login for us, we can get that into place while we continue evaluating. If you prefer not to share the user here, we can provide a private email to send that information to.

    OK, sounds good – Please provide a private email, which I will forward to the account owner for him to fill in – there will need to be some coordination with him to get 2step auth code when you log in

    Chiming in to say that we have disabled the coupon lookups for this customer’s account for the time being.
