1.) Sounds like some conflict with the AJAX search. Please check your error console for clues or if you need help please post a link to the affected page so I can help you further.

2.) Please post a link to the affected page so I can see the problem, check the code and try to help on this one.

    Ok checked it at https://we-cair.com/knowledgebase/

1.) The search worked fine for me. I tested with various search terms

2.) Please see FAQs on how to modify your templates. In your case your theme is such that it is pulling in the default blog page header. You’ll just need to tweak your WP Knowledgebase page templates to get around this.

PS Please keep correspondence in this thread not via personal email. I’m sure you can understand, with hundreds of thousands of users of my plugins I need to use the forum and support ticket system to keep track of things.

We generally don’t remove threads unless they’re non-legit support topics, like spam.

The link in Maeve’s post is private. Maeve wasn’t meant to post it. So I’d appreciate it if you removed it.

It’s a security concern. I didn’t post the link. I’m really disappointed by the rigidity and lack of consideration in operation here.

Can you at least remove the link.

If it’s easier @andrew, you could obscure/remove the offending link.

Sorry about this guys, it was my bad. I was trying to streamline support and keep all the relevent details in the thread. I did not anticipate that posting the site link would cause issue given that the website in question is public on the www. Apologies.

Moderators have the tools to edit and delete posts, but we don’t do it unless it’s serious, as per my above link. A website url by definition is not private.
