WP limiting media dimensions

Hi folks,

I hope I’m ok to post this here – I have checked around and found no answers. I’ve also emailed Apester support, with the same result.

I want to include an Apester interactive unit in this page. The unit itself is fine and, despite the almost non-existent use instructions, I managed to embed it into the page with the shortcode. When it goes onto the WP editor page, it looks fine. However, both when that page is saved and when it’s viewed live, the Apester unit is truncated, as you see. I’ve taken it off and put it back several times, but can’t make it different.

Looking at the Inspect page the size of the unit when it embeds is 628 x 816px, which then shortens by itself to 213px.

Can anyone please help me out by telling me what I have to tweak to get this to look right? it’s becoming an urgent issue as the site is due to go public in a few days.
