    Apologies for the loud topic title. There seems to be a misunderstanding with this plugin. The version that is not hosted on this site and requires a license key counts as a commercial product regardless if it was paid for or not.

    1. If you are running the version from the author’s website and not www.ads-software.com
    2. If you applied and received a license key from the author in your email
    3. If you have any questions regarding a feature that needed any of the above to unlock
    4. If you have any question about WP Live Chat as a service or something on their website

    Then do not post a topic in these forums. That is not for here and it is important that the authors and users understand that. Those are considered “pro” topics and is not for these forums.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    When you see a post in these forums that indicate the user is using the “pro” version then inform the user that you cannot have that conversation in these forums. The topic will be closed shortly after that.
