WP Live has black page when clicking "Live Chat"

    I have a wordpress installation that is using your plugin. When I click on “Live Chat” under the “Chats Sessions” all i see is “No chat sessions available at the moment”. Despite the fact that I have initiated a test chat session on the frontend. Please help. I did look at the console errors and i saw this:

    Font from origin 'https://prizerealty.iwanna.website' has been blocked from loading by Cross-Origin Resource Sharing policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. Origin 'https://prizerealtyandrentals.com' is therefore not allowed access.

    I dont know if this is related, but it only happens when I go to “Live Chat”.

    This is on the backend.

    I have the same problem but the in console I have this error:

    SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected end of data at line 2 column 1 of the JSON data
response = JSON.parse(response);

    /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wplivechat-menu -> row 124

    Please confirm you are using the latest version of the plugin? (Currently version 4.4.4)
