wp-login still working

    Hi everyone.

    I installed all in one security plugin on a website and configured it to rename the access to the website’s backoffice and indeed wp-admin and wp-login.php no longer work, but my suprise was to discover that wp-login still works. Does anyone know how to block it?

    The screenshot below is of AIOS 5.2.5 and wp-login to show login page is not WordPress functionality it will show on wp-login.php URL.

    but It is not the default WordPress functionality and somewhere added it as plugin or theme functionality. Please deactivate AIOS plugin once. Also pleas cross check that URL works? It should be working also.

    If possible ask your server provider how wp-login is working? It is not WordPress functionality.

    You’re right. If I disable the plugin, wp-login is working. How do I know if it is a plugin or the theme that enables it?

    Hi @amievamaria

    Please cross check by disabling one by one plugin also if you have any must use plugin by hosting provider that have this functionality for autologin from Website control panel cross check with them

    I see less chances theme have this type of redirect to login to wp-login.php showing form. if it is theme it should be front showing page.
