• Hey!

I have a problem that every mail sent from my website is going to “spam” folder so I want to sort this problem…

Is there any way to modify wp_mail function to reduce chances that mail will be received in “spam” folder or only way to get rid of this problem is to use SMTP?

Not really, no. Spam these days is determined by a variety of favors, and none of them can be avoided via something as simple as sending the email differently. Why? Because if it was, the spammers would have done it by now.

If you have sent spam from the domain before, you’re probably never going to be free until you switch domains.

If someone else on your server (assuming you’re in shared hosting) is sending spam, you’ll need to get in touch with your hosting provider. They can either help you contest it with the Real-Time Blacklists, or move you to a different server.
