• Hi there ??

I use WP-Mail-Logging in version 1.9.5 on WordPress 5.3. My website is shop.hellriegel.com.

I am admin of this page and I changed the minimal role for mail log to “edit order (its woocommerce)”.
Since then the entry wp-mail-log is hidden to me as admin and to all other rights.

Does anyone have an idea, how I can fix this? My attempt was to find the entry in my database but I havent found the table of wp-mail-logging.

    Thanks for any answer!

I had a similar issue, where I was getting an error message saying I didnt have permission to see the data (couldnt access settings either).

I went to wpml_settings inside wp_options in the db and changed the following “can-see-submission-data”;s:0: to “can-see-submission-data”;s:1: which allowed me to get access to the settings again. After that I changed the minimum access to ‘Manage Options’ and still have access.

All the other permissions settings appear to also be in the same location.

Not sure if this will solve your exact issue, but hopefully this helps.

Hi there, thank you for your answer!

I searched through the table for names like “log” or “mail” but I couldn’t find anything helpful.

I cant even find a documnentation for the database of wp mail log.

    Still thanks for your help!
