WP Mail SMPT – Sending via PHP, emails are marked as spam.
-
Good day, I would kindly like to ask for your help or guidance with the following question:
I have the WP Mail SMTP plugin installed, everything works fine until I select the option to send via PHP. I have a registration form with an automatic confirmation message every time a new registration is received. The issue is that the emails appear as spam to every user who completes the registration form. I have a domain on Google and there I have some forwarders (which are not emails) and each forwarder reaches different emails in Gmail. My question is, is there any configuration in this plugin or directly in any file on my WordPress page so that the emails are not marked as spam? Considering that I only have forwarders and I do not want to create email accounts on my hosting server where my website is hosted. I am unaware if Google Domains has any function or setting to prevent this from happening. Using the default PHP configuration, another SMTP, or any other necessary configuration. Thank you in advance, any help or response is welcome.
